Why are we facing globalization and internationalization?

 
Nowadays the world is facing globalization through internationalization. Globalization is an inevitable and long process effacing national borders of the countries. Globalization distributes  benefits among countries. This process has never been seen before. However this is a powerful engine of competitiveness. Nowadays, even national governments are losing their influence, meanwhile global government is not established yet.
On one side globalisation allows to achieve a fast pace of development, on the other side such tendencies as sudden outflow of capital, recession of economies become typical characteristics of world market conjuncture. It is useless to resist that process. There is no time to wait. It is necessary to adapt your mentality and concentrate your ability to participate equally in globalisation with other countries.
